NOTE: If you do your own launching and hauling out, the municipal launch ramp fee for launch and haul out will be added to your dockage contract unless seasonal launch ramp pass is purchased. Municipal ramp fees are not included in dockage.

Payment Schedule: Storage payment is due in full at the start of each storage session.

INDOOR WINTER STORAGE
Storage, if available, is based on the overall length x Beam plus 1 foot extra to calculate Sq. Footage allowing space between boats. Trucking each way to be quoted.

SUMMER BOAT STORAGE – JUNE 1ST TO SEPTEMBER 30TH.
(Summer boat storage will be at our discretion).
½ Launch charge (minimum $100) for moving boat within yard or for moving for summer storage.
UP TO 30′ – $350.00/month
30′ TO 40′ – $400.00/month
40′ and over – $450/month
Other Storage
Summer trailer or cradle storage for boats that do not winter store – $150.00 enforced by annual sticker
Delivery to / from storage – $35.00 each way

Second Boat Dockage

1. Dockage
See above prices for first boat, less 50% discount for the smaller boat.
2. Dry storage on Boat Trailer
Accessible and in designated area only $250.00 does not include overnight dockage nor launch.
3. Dry storage on Boat Trailer plus 1 night per week dockage
$350.00 (must have launch ramp pass or pay daily fee).
NOTE: designated areas to be determined by management at start of each season.

Use of Mechanical Mast Hoist – $21.00 per use

Other Services
Full Service Discount – For customers who haul, store, launch and dock with us, a further discount of $3.00 can be deducted from the dockage rate if payment is made by either Schedule “A” or “B”.
New Customer Discount – Customers who have not previously held a seasonal dock with either Maitland Marinas will receive a 30% discount on
the dock only in their first season and an additional 15% discount on the dockage only in their second season.
Marina Customer Referral Discount – Customers who refer a new customer to the marina will be eligible for a 15% discount off their seasonal dockage upon their referral completing payment of a seasonal dock.
Dual Customer Discount (Resort Home and Boat) – Customers who occupy a seasonal site and also have a seasonal dock will receive a 10% discount off the dock only every season when both site and dock are renewed.
Cancellation Policy
Refund
Before April 1st 80% of dock fee
May 1st to May 31st 50% of dock fee
June 1st to end of season 0% of dock fee
Cancellation fee on docks will be applied to the next season only dock fee.
Boat length to be defined by Maitland Inlet Marina Ltd.
WE CAN ARRANGE FOR WINTERIZING, SHRINK WRAPPING OR OTHER DESIRED MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL OR STRUCTURAL REPAIRS.
Work may be subcontracted.
